The Sparco Prime race suit is made from the latest high-performance materials and with the most advanced technology and manufacturing processes. The Prime uses modified accessories (cuffs, zipper, elastic material, epaulettes, etc.) optimized for weight savings and comfort, making it one of the lightest suits available today. The smallest weight-saving details, such as a lighter zipper, lighter wrists and ankles, collar, and shoulders, contribute to reducing weight down to the last gram. Ultra-thin and seamless stitching on all decorative elements, and finer stitching on structural components for a flat stitching pattern. The floating sleeves and back stretch panels are made from a lightweight and ultra-breathable fabric. The outer layer is a double-sided mesh made from DuPont Nomex® comfort fabric, which contains a high percentage of anti-static fibers that provide extremely effective anti-static properties. Thanks to valuable experience gained in F1, an FHR device compatible shoulder pad has been designed to reduce pressure during competition, and integrated handles aid extraction.
