The most important element of every lighting system is its light source. Using only the best-quality diodes, carefully selected for the project, guarantees their reliability and high efficiency. OSRAM opto-semiconductors provide the best performance from a single watt of power while maintaining the appropriate thermal properties. The high reproducibility of the diodes produced, appropriate production standards, and strict quality control have a significant impact on the final quality not only of the diodes themselves, but also of the entire product.

-Design and manufacture of European machinery
The precise installation of diodes using modern SMT machines directly onto the copper heat conductor and their correct placement relative to other elements directly affects the product's durability. SMT machines are characterized by the speed of diode application, which is an important element in mass production, but their most important feature is primarily their reliability and self-monitoring using macro cameras and X-rays.

-Thermo-conductivity
The heat transfer technology, developed based on heat pipe technology and mounting the diode directly on the copper without a PCB, ensures the most efficient heat distribution. Heat transfer takes place directly from the diode through the copper core to the strip-shaped aluminum radiators. All of this has been carefully designed to dissipate accumulated heat as efficiently as possible.

The product is equipped with advanced microprocessor control electronics with appropriate protections.
Appropriate filters, stabilizers, surge protection, anti-interference protection, and the starting voltage control system are responsible for safety and trouble-free operation.

H7 LED assembly designed to convert the original yellow headlight beam into a crystal-clear white light with a cool glow. The assembly provides 200% more brightness compared to the original installation.
The product uses SMD type LEDs, based on a high-performance multichip, this affects two aspects of the light source performance:
