PRODUCT INFORMATION Our newly developed FOLIATEC.com Carbody Spray Film is the next generation of removable body coatings. Carbody Spray Film is not only suitable for professional, large-area applications on complete vehicles, but also for rims, mirrors, motorcycles, and many more. FOLIATEC.com is one of the first producers to offer ready-to-spray metallic colors. Ready for use with spray nozzles between 2.0 and 2.5 mm, Carbody Spray Film can be applied like a normal lacquer to car bodies using a spray gun or our FOLIATEC.com spray system. And the best part: the applied coating can be easily removed at any time without any tools. Ready to use, sufficient for partial coating of cars and complete coating of two-wheelers. Very good coverage. Attractive appearance and a smooth spray result. Protection against scratches, salt, weather conditions and chipping of the original paint. UV-resistant. Applicable on any non-absorbent surface. Easy to remove. 1 liter is sufficient for a maximum of approx. 2 square meters. Product tip: Optimal in combination with our Carbody FOLIATEC.com spray film thinner to adjust the viscosity. Tip for Magic Green-Purple: We recommend applying two coats of matt black with a flash-off time of 10 minutes, then applying two coats of Magic Green-Purple. Important: The matt black must be dry before applying Magic Green-Purple. Depending on the amount of thinner, it lasts approximately 3 hours. APPLICATION: All easily removable parts of the car must be dismantled. Mask all surfaces that are not to be coated. Mask rubber seals with FOLIATEC.com Easy Up Tape (item no. 79920). You should also protect the wheel housings and the underbody of the vehicle from spray mist. Clean and dry the surface to be sprayed, including the edges, then degrease it with the FOLIATEC.com Carbody Spray Film Pre-Filter (item no. 79934). After cleaning, remove any remaining dust with a feather duster. Application with the FOLIATEC.com spray system: Apply FOLIATEC.com Carbody Spray Film in 4 to 5 generous coats. On horizontal surfaces (roof or hood), work slowly and at level 1 or 2; set the quantity control on the spray gun handle to level IIII. On vertical surfaces, work at a medium pace and level 2. If necessary, reduce the quantity control on the spray gun handle. Use only in suitable workshops and garages. Reduce ventilation if working in a spray booth. Application with a spray gun: Apply FOLIATEC.com Carbody Spray Film in 4 generous coats at medium speed. Use a 2-2.5 mm spray nozzle with 3-5 bar pressure in a suitable spray booth. Flash for 10 minutes after each spray coating, ready. Note: After 60 minutes, the Carbody Spray Film is completely dry. After 24 hours, the vehicle is ready to drive again.
