This complete kit allows the conversion of standard halogen lighting to HID xenon. The semiconductor-transistor technology used in the PHCS ballasts makes the kit a perfect compromise between analog and digital M-Tech ballasts. This kit is best suited for vehicles manufactured up to 2006, as it does not cause the "bulb out" error in these vehicles. Full voltage stabilization prevents strobing (flickering) and sudden light outages, and the applied filters eliminate interference with CB and FM radios. M-Tech Basic Slim kits achieve exceptionally good results in durability tests and are also characterized by a very low failure rate.
